Step 2: Meanwhile, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet.
Step 4: Drain bacon on paper towels and set aside.
Step 5: Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in reserved drippings over medium heat until tender.
Step 6: Add tomato and salt.
Step 7: Cook uncovered for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 8: Transfer beans to a serving platter or bowl.
Step 9: Top with onion mixture.
Step 10: Sprinkle bacon over the vegetables.
