Step 1: Briefly fry the chicken, onion and carrot in a heated pot with butter and oil.
Step 2: Cover with broth and add celery stalks, leeks and tomatoes.
Step 3: Bring to a boil.
Step 4: Cook on low heat for approx. 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper and garlic.
Step 5: Add the beans and spinach, let it boil for 14 minutes.
Step 6: Finally, add the herbs and serve immediately.
