Step 1: Unroll crescent roll dough and place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Flatten dough to fit the pan, sealing seams and perforations. Bake in a preheated at 375 degree F oven for 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown; cool on a wire rack.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until blended; spread over colled crust; refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Step 3: Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook the ground beef with onion over medium heat until browned (about 10-12 minutes) drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning. Add water according to package directions and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, season with salt and pepper. Spread cooked ground beef mixture over cream cheese layer then drizzle with salsa (use as much as you like)
Step 4: Top with olives, tomato, cheeses and lettuce (use as much as you want. Serve while beef is still warm.
