Step 1: Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with hot water and stand for 2 minutes and then gently separate., drain.
Step 2: Meanwhile, toss pork with oil in a bowl.
Step 3: Heat a large wok over a medium to high heat and add pork in two batches and stir-fry for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until browned and then remove pork from pan.
Step 4: Add combined sauces and cup water to the wok with noodles and gently toss for about 1 minute, or until noodles are hot and now return pork and toss until warmed.
Step 5: Add coleslaw, onions and cashews, remove from heat and toss until coleslaw is just wilted and serve.
