Step 1: Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water following packet directions until tender, drain and cover to keep warm. As my pasta only took 2 minutes to cook I put it in the boiling water when I added the prawns to the pan and when the pasta was needed to add to the prawns, I used tongs to transfer it to the frypan from the pot - okay to get some pasta water into the pan.
Step 2: Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat and add garlic, chilli and salt and cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant and then add prawns and cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until prawns turn pink and are almost cooked through (I added the pasta to the pot as I added the prawns to frypan).
Step 3: Add pasta, lemon juice and parsley to pan and cook, tossing, for 1 minute or until combined and prawns are cooked through and serve drizzled with oil.
