Step 1: Cook the pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2: Drain and cool pasta.
Step 3: Combine the cooled cooked pasta, turkey, green onions, carrots and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
Step 4: In a sauce pan, combine the soy sauce, (lite), oil, vinegar, peanut butter, sugar, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Step 5: Heat the mixture until just about to boil, stirring to make sure the peanut butter is completely melted.
Step 6: Cool.
Step 7: Pour the cooled dressing over the salad and toss well to combine, taste for seasoning and chill or serve at room temperature.
Step 8: Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
