Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Noodles
  • 8 ounces dry fettuccine
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 14 ounces alfredo sauce (1 jar)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled
  • Garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.

  • Step 2: Drain saving 1/2 cup pasta water.

  • Step 3: Heat butter and oil, saute mushrooms.

  • Step 4: Add shrimp.

  • Step 5: Season lightly.

  • Step 6: Cook until almost done.

  • Step 7: Add noodles and pasta sauce.

  • Step 8: Add pasta water to jar, shake and add to noodles.

  • Step 9: Cook until tight.

  • Step 10: Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper and parsley.

  • Step 11: Can add Parmesan cheese if you want, they didn't.
