Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • Salad
  • 16 ounces mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 4 ounces deli roasted turkey, julienned
  • 4 ounces deli baked ham, julienned
  • 4 ounces Swiss cheese, julienned
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, julienned
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled, cut into 4 wedges
  • 4 ounces cooked bacon, 2 slices bacon per salad, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup croutons

How to Make

  • Salad dressing:

  • Step 1: Put garlic cloves into a food processor and process.

  • Step 2: Add remaining ingredients, oil last in a stream and blend until smooth.

  • Salad:

  • Step 3: Put the salad greens into individual bowls.

  • Step 4: Season lightly.

  • Step 5: Arrange the remaining ingredients in groups on top of lettuce.

  • Step 6: Serve dressing on the side. ​
