  • 3 pounds red potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (1 package)
  • 10 ounces condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 ounce buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix (1 package)
  • 3 tablespoons green onions, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place potatoes in a Pam sprayed slow cooker.

  • Step 2: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, white pepper, soup, milk and dressing mix until blended.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with bacon.

  • Step 5: Cook, covered on low until potatoes are tender, 7 hours.

  • Step 6: Adding more milk if needed.

  • Step 7: Top with green onions.
