  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 green jalapeno chilies, seeds in , minced
  • 4 teaspoons oil
  • Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl except the oil and cilantro.
