  • 15 ounces dark kidney beans, drained (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white onion chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the beans in a large colander; rinse and drain well.
