Step 1: Cook egg noodles according to the directions on the package.
Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5 minutes, then drain.
Step 3: Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, garlic powder & lemon pepper, then bring to a boil, reduce the heat & simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F & grease an 11"x7" baking dish.
Step 5: When noodles are done, drain them, then toss them with the butter, before setting them aside.
Step 6: In a blender, process the cottage cheese & sour cr4eam until smooth, then transfer this mixture to a large bowl & stir in the onions & parsley.
Step 7: Add the noodles to this mixture, tossing to coat.
Step 8: In the prepared baking dish, layer 1/3 of the noodle mixture & half of the meat sauce, then repeat the layers, before topping it all with the remaining noodle mixture.
Step 9: Sprinkle with the Swiss cheese & bake, uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly & lightly browned.
