  • 2 tablespoons green onions, minced
  • 1 1/2 ounces deli ham, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow prepared mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • Garnish
  • 1/16 teaspoon paprika

  • Step 2: Remove yolks and set whites aside.
