  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 30 ounces diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano (2 cans)
  • 6 ounces tomato paste (1 can)
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, rough chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
