Step 1: Heat oil in large sauce pan.
Step 2: Cook chicken until lightly browned.
Step 3: Add onions and bell peppers.
Step 4: Cook until translucent.
Step 5: Add tomato paste.
Step 6: Add spices, rice, water, bullion, beans and corn.
Step 7: Cover simmer and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 8: Take off heat and leave covered 5 minutes.
Step 9: Stir in cheese and green onion.
Step 10: Check for seasoning.
