Step 1: In pot brown seasoned beef in oil.
Step 2: Put in Pam sprayed crockpot.
Step 3: Deglaze pan with beef stock.
Step 4: Pour into crockpot.
Step 5: Add beef, soy sauce, canned mushrooms and peppercorns.
Step 6: Simmer on high 6 hours adding water as needed.
Step 7: In saute pan add butter and brown the fresh mushrooms.
Step 8: Add garlic, soy sauce, soup and cream, simmer until thickened.
Step 9: Slice beef into 1 inch slices.
Step 10: Season with soy sauce and ground pepper.
Step 11: Let it simmer for some minutes; if the sauce becomes too thick, add some of the beef broth.
Step 12: Add the slices of beef to the sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
