  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 ounces mushrooms, undrained (1 can)

  • Step 1: Mix everything but oil for steak.

  • Step 2: Make 8 patties.

  • Step 3: Fry in skillet with hot oil until browned.
