Step 1: Combine the honey and water in a small roasting pan; add the pears, raisins and cinnamon.
Step 2: Cover pan tightly with foil and roast at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Remove the foil and turn the pears and roast again , uncovered, make sure to bast pears with syrup during cooking and cook for a further 10 minutes or until pears are caramelized and tender, .
Step 4: Spoon the yoghurt into serving bowls, top with warm pears and sprinkle almonds.
