  • Cranberry Mayo
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whole cranberry sauce
  • Sandwich
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 12 ounces white bread, (12 slices)
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced, peeled
  • 6 ounces deli turkey, sliced, (6 slices)
  • 6 ounces gouda cheese, sliced, (6 slices)
  • 2 cups baby spinach, stems removed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix mayonnaise and cranberry sauce together.

  • Step 2: Cut crusts off of bread.

  • Step 3: Spread cranberry mayonnaise on 6 slices of bread.

  • Step 4: Spread butter on the other 6 slices of bread.

  • Step 5: Layer apple, turkey, cheese, and baby spinach.

  • Step 6: Cut sandwiches into quarters or 3 fingers and hold them in place with a toothpick.
