Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10-12 chicken legs (skinless or skin on-doesn't matter)
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing (might need more depending on how thick you slather it on)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°. In a large ziploc bag, place breadcrumbs, spices, parmesan cheese, and cornmeal. Mix well.

  • Step 2: Wash and dry chicken well. In a medium bowl pour the ranch dressing. Dip chicken in the ranch dressing coating it well and then place in the ziploc bag and shake well to coat chicken in the bread coating.

  • Step 3: Place chicken on a parchment paper lined jelly roll pan. (pan with a lip) Bake for 45 minutes or until the juices run clear.
