Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Using a 9 inch square metal baking pan, line the bottom with parchment paper, if there is any extra at the top of the pan, cut it off.
Step 3: In a bowl add the crumbs and then drizzle them with butter and 1 tablespoon water; toss. Place mixture in the bottom of the pan and then sprinkle all the chips and morsels over the crumb mixture. Top with the coconut and pecans. Drizzle the condensed milk over top.
Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly around edges.
Step 5: Cool in pan on a wire rack.
