  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Step 2: Brown mushrooms and onion in butter in a nonstick oven safe skillet.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the mixture with cheese.
