Step 1: In a 1 quart canning jar, add the milk, pumpkin, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Step 2: Put a lid on the jar.
Step 3: Shake it for 20 to 30 seconds or until it's frothy.
Step 4: Remove the lid and microwave it for 30 to 45 seconds, until frothy and warmed.
Step 5: Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes and add 1/2 cup coffee, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (if you're using it) in each glass and stir it up.
Step 6: Add some foamed milk on top, then sprinkle some cinnamon on top (if using).
