  • 18 ounces yellow cake mix (1 box)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces sour cream, room temperature, (1 cup)
  • 3 ounces instant coconut cream pudding (1 box)
  • Swirl
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Mix together cake mix, eggs, milk, oil, sour cream and pudding mix.

  • Step 3: Combine sugar, nuts and cinnamon in a small bowl.

  • Step 4: In a 15 x 10 x 2 greased pan, layer 1/2 cake batter, 1/2 sugar mixture, 1/2 cake batter, 1/2 sugar mixture.

  • Step 5: Drag a knife back and forth through the batter to swirl the ingredients.

  • Step 6: Try to get all of the cinnamon and nuts on top "wet" or moist.

  • Step 7: Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
