Step 1: Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, add kosher salt and oil. Add macaroni, cook 9 minutes, stirring often. Drain; rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Step 2: In the same cooking pot, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and pepper. Stir in the macaroni and 3/4 of the cubed cheese.
Step 3: Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese cubes, and dust lightly with paprika.
Step 4: Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 more minutes, until bubbly. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
