  • 4 ounces melted butter
  • 1 and a 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Slice and dice the bread into 1/2-inch pieces and toss in a large bowl.

  • Step 3: Whisk the garlic powder and dried parsley into the melted butter.

  • Step 4: Drizzle evenly over the bread pieces and lightly mix until the butter mixture is evenly spread into bread cubes.

  • Step 5: Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the bread mixture evenly over the baking sheet.

  • Step 6: Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, flipping pieces over every 5 minutes or so.

  • Step 7: Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

  • Step 8: Place in an airtight container.
