Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a shallow dish, combine buttermilk and egg.
Step 3: In another shallow dish combine flour, ground pecans, paprika, salt, (start low and go higher on salt) pepper, and sesame seeds.
Step 4: Dip each chicken piece in the buttermilk mixture, then the pecan mixture.
Step 5: Let air dry 15 minutes on cookie rack.
Step 6: Meanwhile, melt margarine in a 13x9x2 baking dish.
Step 7: Place each chicken piece skin side down in melted margarine, then turn chicken pieces to coat and place skin side up in the baking dish.
Step 8: Place pecan halves on each chicken piece.
Step 9: Bake at 350 about 75 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and tender.
