Step 1: In a mixer bowl, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpin pie spice and brown sugar. Whip at a higher speed until fluffy.
Step 2: Add the Cool Whip and combine until smooth.
Step 3: Pour into the pie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least two hours, so that it firms up.
Step 4: Garmish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
