  • 1/2 cup canned (pureed) pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, loosely packed
  • 4 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 9 inch (6 ounce) reduced-fat Graham Cracker Crust

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a mixer bowl, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, pumpin pie spice and brown sugar. Whip at a higher speed until fluffy.

  • Step 3: Pour into the pie crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least two hours, so that it firms up.
