Step 1: Melt THE butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan until boiling.
Step 2: Remove from the heat and stir in cornflakes and almonds until all are well coated.
Step 3: Spoon the cornflake mixture into paper case lined muffin pans and bake at 160 C for 7-10 minutes until golden.
Step 4: Cool completely in pans before serving.
