  • 1 lobster, cooked and picked
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 hotdog bun, slit on top

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil the lobster for about 15-17 minutes; pick apart and cut up in good-sized pieces.

  • Step 2: Add the mayonnaise and mix.

  • Step 3: I usually put a little butter on the sides of the roll and place it on the griddle for a couple of minutes to brown; fill and enjoy.

  • Step 4: NOTE: I figure one lobster per roll which would be about 3-5 ounces of meat; this should make one stuffed lobster roll.
