  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups red currant jelly
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter in skillet.

  • Step 10: Season to taste.

  • Step 11: Stir in sour cream.

  • Step 12: Garnish with fresh parsley.
