Step 1: Combine mince, onion, parsley, rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and eggs in a large bowl.
Step 2: Using clean hands mix well with your hands.
Step 3: Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into meatballs & transfer to a plate
Step 4: Combine the condensed tomato soup and water in a large deep pan & stir until combined.
Step 5: Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Step 6: Add the meatballs to boiling soup and reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender and meatballs cook through.
Step 7: Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
