The ingredients are:
  • 500 grams beef mince
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, plus extra to serve
  • 100 grams raw white long grain rice, 1/2 cup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 x 390 gram carton Rosella Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 600 milliliters water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine mince, onion, parsley, rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and eggs in a large bowl.

  • Step 2: Using clean hands mix well with your hands.

  • Step 3: Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into meatballs & transfer to a plate

  • Step 4: Combine the condensed tomato soup and water in a large deep pan & stir until combined.

  • Step 5: Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  • Step 6: Add the meatballs to boiling soup and reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender and meatballs cook through.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
