  • 8 ounces sour cream (1 carton)
  • 8 ounces bacon, (8 slices)
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 6 ounces water chestnuts, sliced, drained (1 can)

  • Step 1: Defrost peas and drain.

  • Step 2: Fry bacon and then cut into small pieces.

  • Step 3: Dice water chestnuts.

  • Step 5: Mix together.

  • Step 6: Chill for at least 2 hours.
