  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 celery rib, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (10 ounce) frozen peas
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed tomato soup
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown the ground beef with the onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

  • Step 2: Drain well.

  • Step 3: Pour into a 4 quart crock-pot.

  • Step 4: Add potatoes, carrots, celery and peas.

  • Step 5: Mix soup, bouillon powder, oregano and water in bowl.

  • Step 6: Add to crock-pot, stir and cover.

  • Step 7: Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
