Step 1: The stuffing:
Step 2: Saute the celery, onion and garlic in the margarine, in a large iron skillet until tender. This will only take a few minutes.
Step 3: Add 2 bouillon cubes, celery salt, white pepper, poultry seasoning and water.
Step 4: Bring to a boil, stir in the bread cubes.
Step 5: Mix until moist and soft.
Step 6: Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes or until crispy on top.
Step 7: The gravy:
Step 8: In a large pot, melt the margarine.
Step 9: Stir in the flour until it is smooth.
Step 10: Gradually add the chicken broth.
Step 11: Cook and stir until the mixture is boiling.
Step 12: Boil for a full minute.
Step 13: Taste the gravy and add salt and pepper as you see fit.
Step 14: Add the cooked turkey and stir to combine.
Step 15: Return to a boil.
Step 16: Add milk.
Step 17: Simmer on low stirring every once in a while.
Step 18: Warm mashed potatoes, (she made instant)
Step 19: When the stuffing is done, it is time to serve.
Step 20: Place a scoop of stuffing on a plate.
Step 21: Next to it place a scoop of potatoes.
Step 22: Ladle some turkey and gravy over it all.
