  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips, (2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup craisins

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Cream butter & sugars until fluffy.

  • Step 3: Add vanilla & eggs, one at a time & beat well.

  • Step 5: Blend in flour, baking soda & salt.

  • Step 6: Stir in white chips, nuts & craisins.

  • Step 7: Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
