Step 1: In a skillet, heat butter.
Step 2: Saute rice, onion, and celery until rice is golden brown.
Step 3: Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 4: Cover and simmer 20 minutes .
Step 5: Remove from heat, let stand for 10 minutes still covered.
Step 6: Fluff.
Step 7: Season to taste.
