Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Pasta
  • 8 ounces dry rigatoni
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Salad
  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  • 4 ounces black olives, sliced (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup stuffed green olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon capers in brine, drained
  • 7 ounces marinated artichoke hearts , chopped, undrained (1 jar)
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 12 ounces tuna, packed in oil, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.

  • Step 2: Drain.

  • Step 3: Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste.

  • Step 4: Add more oil if needed but the oil from tuna and artichokes should do it.
