Step 1: Heat butter.
Step 2: Fry onions and mushrooms until translucent.
Step 3: Season lightly.
Step 4: Add tomatoes and artichoke.
Step 5: Beat eggs, seasoning to taste.
Step 6: Pour over veggies and let set a bit.
Step 7: Layer heavy layer of cheese on top.
Step 8: Cover.
Step 9: Flip in half and pour warm hollandaise sauce over.
Step 10: Serve potatoes on the side if your having.
