  • 1/4 ounce sour cream, (2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 ounce plain greek yoghurt, (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
  • 8 ounces rye bread (8 slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix everything but the bread together.

  • Step 2: Divide evenly between 4 slices bread and place tops on.

  • Step 3: They had open faced sandwiches but I'm not.
