Step 1: Place the orange juice, 4 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces dark rum, and 1 ounce cream of coconut in a cocktail shaker.
Step 2: Fill the shaker with crushed ice, seal, and shake until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
Step 3: Pour into a hurricane glass.
Step 4: Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg, and add a straw.
