Step 1: Blend mayonnaise to taste with salt and white pepper.
Step 2: Add all items including chicken.
Step 3: Add more mayonnaise to your liking if needed.
Step 4: Season to taste.
Step 5: Divide in 4 equal parts on wheat or multigrain bread, the chicken mixture, a lettuce leaf and a tablespoon each of alfalfa sprouts.
Step 6: Top each one with the remaining slices of bread.
