  • 5 cups water

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil.

  • Step 2: Crush the garlic, chop the onion and parsley and add to the pan with oil and fry until golden brown.

  • Step 4: Add spices, salt, pepper and sugar, continue to mix.
