Step 1: Cook noodles in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2: Drain.
Step 3: Meanwhile, heat butter add onions and celery.
Step 4: Season lightly.
Step 5: Cook until opaque.
Step 6: Add flour but don't brown.
Step 7: Add stock and gravy packet.
Step 8: Simmer until thickened.
Step 9: Add in turkey and peas (if sauce is really thick, add undrained peas and if loose, drain them).
Step 10: Add in drained noodles.
Step 11: Season to taste.
Step 12: Pour into Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.
Step 13: Bake at 400 degrees 30 minutes.
