  • Dry
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons baking cocoa

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Pam spray a 9x13 cake pan.

  • Step 3: Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Step 5: Add eggs, oil, milk and vanilla.
