  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill,minced
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces whole wheat bread, (4 slices)
  • 2 leaves butter lettuce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter the bread all 4 slices.

  • Step 2: Place a slice of lettuce on 2 slices bread this will be the top.

  • Step 3: Mix the rest of ingredients, seasoning to taste.

  • Step 4: Spread equally on two pieces of buttered bread, the bottom.

  • Step 5: Top with the top slice of bread and cut diagonally.
