Step 4: Heat oil and add onions and peppers.
Step 5: Cook until softened.
Step 6: Add beef on the side and brown the ground beef.
Step 7: Add pepper, steak sauce and au juice sauce to meat.
Step 8: Add water and stir.
Step 9: Cover and simmer.
Step 10: Open up and add cheese to beef on top.
Step 11: Cover until cheese melts.
Step 12: Mix with macaroni with peppers and onions.
Step 13: Season to taste.
