  • 8 cups water, boiling
  • 8 ounces dry macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 1 ounce au jus sauce (1 package)
  • 8 ounces Italian cheese mix, shredded
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.

  • Step 2: Drain

  • Step 3: Sauce:

  • Step 4: Heat oil and add onions and peppers.

  • Step 5: Cook until softened.

  • Step 6: Add beef on the side and brown the ground beef.

  • Step 7: Add pepper, steak sauce and au juice sauce to meat.

  • Step 8: Add water and stir.

  • Step 9: Cover and simmer.

  • Step 10: Open up and add cheese to beef on top.

  • Step 11: Cover until cheese melts.

  • Step 12: Mix with macaroni with peppers and onions.

  • Step 13: Season to taste.
