  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/3 cups beef broth
  • 7 ounces dry white converted rice, (1 cup)
  • 14 ounces tomatoes, diced (1 can)
  • 7 ounces tomato sauce (1 can)
  • 15 ounces great northern beans, undrained (1 can)
  • Garnish
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded, (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown beef and onions.

  • Step 2: Add seasoning to taste.

  • Step 3: Add rest of ingredients.

  • Step 6: Take off heat and let rest covered 5 minutes season to taste.

  • Step 7: Add cheese and cover let set 2 minutes.
