How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well using your hands or a fork until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  • Step 3: Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring it is compact and even.

  • Step 4: In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.

  • Step 5: Spread the glaze over the top of the meatloaf, covering it entirely.

  • Step 6: Place the baking sheet with the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) when tested with a meat thermometer.

  • Step 7: Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

  • Step 8: Slice the meatloaf into thick slices and arrange them on a serving platter.

  • Step 9: Serve Igor's Minion Meatloaf alongside your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
