Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 30 ounces kidney beans, undrained, (2 cans - 15 ounces each)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 10 ounces condensed tomato soup (1 can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef, garlic and onion, salt and pepper seasoning to taste.

  • Step 2: Drain.

  • Step 3: Combine all ingredients in pan.

  • Step 4: Rinse out soup can with water.

  • Step 5: Pour into Pam sprayed 9x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered, until hot and bubbly.

  • Step 6: Some said bake 90 minutes. I think that's to long.
